The application of Vanadium Foil
Vanadium Foil is an extremely thin vanadium material with good ductility, high temperature stability, corrosion resistance and excellent electrical conductivity. Its main uses include:
Superconducting material
Vanadium foils are used to make superconductors, such as superconducting magnets and key components in superconducting accelerators.
Due to its excellent low-temperature superconducting properties, vanadium can be used in superconducting cables or coatings.
Nuclear industry
As a nuclear fuel coating material or neutron target, vanadium foil is widely used in nuclear fusion reactors, fast neutron fission reactors and other fields because of its low activation characteristics and radiation resistance.
Electronics industry
Used to manufacture high-end electronic components, such as shielding or electrode materials in semiconductor devices.
In some special capacitors or sensors, vanadium foil can be used as a conductive material or a functional layer.
Aerospace
Due to the high temperature resistance of vanadium, vanadium foils can be used in spacecraft thermal protection systems or coating materials to improve oxidation resistance.
It is also used in some engine components to reduce material loss in high-temperature environments.
High-end chemical and catalyst applications
Vanadium foils can be used as catalyst carriers for certain chemical reactions, such as for petroleum refining or high-efficiency catalyst synthesis.
New energy and battery technology
In lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries or all-vanadium flow batteries, vanadium foils can be used to improve the conductivity and stability of the battery.
Biomedical application
Due to its biocompatibility, vanadium foils are used in certain medical devices or implants to improve the corrosion resistance and stability of the material.
Fortu Tech can produce and process vanadium alloys billet, vanadium alloys sheet, vanadium alloys foil, vanadium alloys plate, vanadium alloys rod, vanadium alloys wire, vanadium alloys tubes.
