What is 53Nb-47Ti Alloys Ingot

Nb53%Ti47%alloys ingot is an important superconducting material. Nb-47Ti alloys ingot consists of two elements, niobium (Nb) and titanium (Ti). NbTi superconducting ingot has excellent superconducting electrical properties and good mechanical properties. The preparation of Nb53Ti47 Alloys ingot is usually made by arc melting or vacuum melting.

Niobium and titanium are mixed uniformly at high temperature, and uniform grain structure is formed by controlling the cooling rate. Niobium53Titanium47 Alloys ingot also has good resistance to stress relaxation and thermal stability, making it able to maintain stable superconductivity under complex working conditions.
