C103 Niobium-Hafnium Alloy Foil of us meets the standard ASTM B654 R04295.
Melting Point of of Columbium Nb C-103 alloys foil is 2350 ± 50ºC ( 4260 ± 90ºF). Density of Nb C-103 alloys foil is 0.320 lbs./in.3 (8.85 gm./cm.3). Nb-C103 alloys Foil can withstand high stress levels at high temperatures. NbHfTi foil supports low tough-brittle transition temperatures of high-frequency vibration at low temperatures. Rocket engines usually operate at temperatures up to 1,482 °C(2,700 °F).
Niobium C-103 Alloys Strip and Niobium C-103 Alloys Disc have excellent mechanical properties at all temperatures.
Niobium Hafnium C103 alloys Strip can be used for the applications of rocket engine. Nb-C103 alloys Strip also has excellent manufacturability. Nb-C103 alloys machining to Nb-C103 alloys foil is feasible.
